Sessions must be paid in full at time of service.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. You will gladly be given documentation to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- What are my out of network benefits?
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment for any reason and notification is not received at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, you will be responsible for payment in full and your session will be
rescheduled for a later time or date. Sessions will not begin more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
